I had a great Fathers Day. Cadence made me Breakfast in bed and I got to watch ESPN and play on the computer. All just laying in Bed. It was lots of fun. Cadence actually crawled in bed and ate with me. Super Fun.
I did Rabbit Creek RR on Saturday. It was fun riding with Jordan. He got the sprint. I was second. I don't have much zip in my legs since Fairbanks. But feeling better.
Amber did a run up to Rabbit Lakes on Sunday morning. It turned EPIC. Its started snowing and got windy. They ran in 4.5 miles and turned around. Conditions got bad and the rocks got slippery. On the way back she was hauling ass going downhill and her foot got caught. Down she went. She's banged up pretty good. She hit her shoulder, elbow, hip, and her knee. Her quad muscle took the biggest hit. Its really black and blue. She has a race on Sunday (Big Lake Tri). She says she'll be OK. We'll see. I'm going to do Hatchers on Saturday.
