Testing in Kona.

Well, I've been riding the Sram Rival on my training bike this week and its bad ass. I've put in around 300 miles and over 20,000ft of climbing on the groupo and I really like everything about it. The one thing that is hard to get used to is the smaller hood on the shifters. I've been riding Dura-ace for years. I was just really used to those huge hoods on the Shimano stuff. But now I'm used to those smaller hoods now. So, I'm pretty sure that all my bikes will be sporting Sram. They did there homework.
I did a local shop ride on Saturday. It was a hammer fest as usual. But fun. Shonny Vanlandingham is here for the winter training she rode with us. There was around 30 people that showed up. Lot of Triathletes and few roadies. On the way home I rode by Ryan Trebon riding the other way. That would be cool if I can do a ride with him. He's a funny guy.
We've had a great time relaxing and swimming in the pool and ocean. Cada's having a great time building sand castle and playing in the ocean. She has some really cute tan lines.
I've been riding alot (in the Hills). I've been feeling pretty strong lately. Lets get this season started and see who did there homework this winter.
